Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

• Shipping fees of 25 AED apply for all orders within the UAE.
• Orders of 300 AED or more qualify for free shipping within the UAE.
• Delivery typically occurs within 2 - 5 business days.
• We use reputable courier services to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your products.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
